Lutheran Home is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Cape Girardeau, MO

The Lutheran Home is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This individual plays a critical role in providing customer service to all team members within our organization helping to create a community of companionship, compassion and fun while focusing on our core values of Service, Excellence, Dignity, Fulfillment, Grace and Stewardship.
Typical Tasks May Include:
  • Build excellent relationships with internal and external candidates through communication and customer service skills providing positive and engaging experiences.
  • Manage the onbooarding of new hires ensuring the process is welcoming, thorough and incorporates the company culture.
  • Help with new hire orientation.
  • Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents.
  • Track and analyze all employee communications, engagement activities, concerns and work to resolve with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assists Department Managers and Administration with employee retention planning.
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR data.
This is a full time position with hours that may vary dependent upon business needs but can be flexible for the individual. The position will also include our many benefits including:

Education, Experience or Skills needed to succeed in the position:
  • Prior HR and/or Management experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Competency of operating office equipment such as computer, scanner, printer, etc.
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager helpful.
