Skills:
- Proven 5 years' experience in office management and executive support roles
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build a positive relationship with staff
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Previous 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant is required
