LSSI is hiring part-time DSPs for the West Shady Oaks location in Homer Glen. Responsibleforassistingadultswithdevelopmentaldisabilitiesandprovidingcareinallareasof daily living in a residential setting.

Schedule: 

2nd Shift 2:30 pm-11:00 pm every other weekend 8:30 am-8:30 pm 

3rd Shift 11:00 pm-8:30 am every other weekend 8:30 am-8:30 pm

• Safelycompleteclienttransfersperfacilityprotocol.

• Implementclientindividualhabilitationplans.

Position Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• DSP Certification, CPR First Aide preferred.
• Abilitytomeetextensivephysicalrequirementsoftheposition.
• Abilitytoread&writeEnglishadequatelytocompleterequireddocumentation.
• Abilitytocommunicateadequatelywithclients,families,&co-workers.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license.
