Description
LSSI is hiring part-time DSP s for the West Shady Oaks location in Homer Glen. Responsibleforassistingadultswithdevelopmentaldisabilitiesandprovidingcareinallareasof daily living in a residential setting.
Schedule :
2nd Shift 2 : 30 pm-11 : 00 pm every other weekend 8 : 30 am-8 : 30 pm
3rd Shift 11 : 00 pm-8 : 30 am every other weekend 8 : 30 am-8 : 30 pm

- Assistclientswithactivitiesofdailyliving.
- Driveandescortclientstooutings,appointments,etc.intothecommunity.
- Safelycompleteclienttransfersperfacilityprotocol.
- Performsvarioushousekeepingtasksasassigned.
- Implementclientindividualhabilitationplans.
Position Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- DSP Certification, CPR First Aide preferred.
- Abilitytomeetextensivephysicalrequirementsoftheposition.
- Abilitytoread&writeEnglishadequatelytocompleterequireddocumentation.
- Abilitytocommunicateadequatelywithclients,families,&co-workers.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license.
