Essential Functions:
Ensure compliance withall OHS, Williams & Colbert Consent Decree standardsand deliverables, including overseeingprogresstowardidentified Outreach&Assessment targe ts.
Ensureadherenceto ethicalstandardsof treatment,includingtheNASWCodeof E thics.
Complete and submit all required reports to Illinois Department of Human Services , Department of MentalHealth,andHealthandFamilyServicesin a timelymanner.
Develop and implementpoliciesandprocedures fortheprogramthatareconsistent with the network and agency policies and procedures.
Commit to and actively participate in the agency's Quality First practices.
Provide directsupervision,training,support,review,andevaluationforassigned staff.
Demonstrate professional, positivebehaviorandcarryoutresponsibilit ies with integ rity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborati ve organiza t io n s and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
Master'sdegreein a social service filed required .
Minimum of three (3) yearsmanagerial/supervisory expe r ience r eq uired .
Three (3) to five(5)yearsofclinicalexperience wi th inc r easing lev elsofresponsibility preferred .
Demonstra te dproficiencyinEHR documentationand r eview required .
Familiar ity withaccreditationand li cens ure standards pre fe rred .
E x per ie n cework ing with fund i ng bodiesand refe r ralsou r ces prefer r ed .
Demo nstrated a b ility to com muni cate in a clear, comprehens i ble manner , both verbally and i n writing.
Excellen t organization, pre sentation and pc /computersk i lls,includingexpe ri ence using Microsoft Offi ce (Outlook, Teams , Word, E xce l, Po wer P oin t ) a long wit h othe r r e l ated software.
Valid driv er's license, in good standing f o r the state of res idency r equi r ed.
