Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of accounts payable (40%) and accounts receivable (20%) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Take charge of billing processes in the absence of the current billing specialist.
• Manage and execute sales tax filings and collections effectively.
• Support credit management and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Engage in monthly and yearly financial reporting and assist with journal entries as needed.

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in both accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficient in handling sales tax issues.
• Capability to adapt to new financial software as they transition to Cloud Suite Distribution.

Nice to Have:

• A degree in accounting, though substantial experience in accounting roles is prioritized.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly experience preparing for system transitions.
