The Warehouse Manager role is a key role in our organization. This person manages the 2nd largest department in the organization.

• Hiring, terminating, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, and disciplining employees.
• Contribution to warehouse strategic planning and execution.
• Maintaining inventory control by conducting monthly counts.
• Performing efficient transfer of information between sales department, warehouse, and customer service department.
• Organizing warehouse floor space and recommend improvement.
• Receiving and shipping.
• Fulfill in-store customer pickups.
• Maintaining delivery and order slips.
• Managing delivery department.
• Go over scheduled deliveries and schedule optimal delivery route.
• Pull orders and load truck.
• Collect amount due upon delivery.
• Perform deliveries.
• Give clients any pertinent information relating to delivered merchandise and warranty manuals.
• Assemble furniture & other items sold.
• Operating in accordance with standard operation procedures and job safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation.
