Job Summary:

The Patient Liaison acts as a bridge between patients and the healthcare team, ensuring that patients' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role involves advocating for patients, enhancing patient satisfaction, and improving the overall patient experience.

  • Patient Advocacy
  • Greet all new admissions
  • Communication Facilitation
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patients receive timely updates and responses to their inquiries.
  • Patient Support
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify and rectify issues impacting patient care
  • Document and report patient feedback and complaints to the appropriate departments for quality improvement
