This role allows you to combine your love for travel with the freedom of working remotely, while also allowing you uncapped earning potential as an excellent commission. In this position, you will work directly with your clients, vendors and suppliers for the purpose of creating custom vacation packages. Responsibilities:
Prepare, plan and execute itineraries
Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations
Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers
Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry
Provide superior customer service to clients
Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas
Skills And Requirements
Complete required Certification program in a timely manner
Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers
Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service and/or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US
