This role will focus exclusively on office support and TELs management, ensuring seamless administrative operations and communication systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and files
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Processing work orders and tracking progress
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
