GENERAL FUNCTION The Manager - Electrical Engineer you will be responsible in designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components that power cutting-edge products and solutions. The Manager - EE will work collaboratively with Store Development team to drive innovation, solve complex electrical challenges, and ensure the highest product quality. The Manager - EE will also be responsible for overseeing these systems installation, operation, and maintenance, utilizing strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build and test prototypes to evaluate and validate design concepts.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose optimization solutions.
• Select appropriate electrical components and materials for projects, considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and availability.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation or operation.
• Provide support for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of electrical designs, specifications, and test results.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, relevant industry standards, codes, and electrical design and implementation regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and timelines, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions
• Leads project meetings with brand partners, designers and outside agencies.
• Drives post mortem on projects for closure and learning.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
• Licensed as a professional engineer.
• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.
• Excellent project management skills, computer skills and communications skills

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
