**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) - Screen resumes and application forms - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods - Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new hires and provide an overview of company policies and procedures **Experience:** - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills **Skills:** - Employee evaluation - Paychex - Executive recruiting - Kronos - Employment labor law - ATS - Negotiation skills - Sales experience - HRIS knowledge - Salesforce proficiency This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
