Luxury Brand Partners is Hiring a Consumer Sales Coordinator Near Miami, FL

JOB SUMMARY

The Consumer Sales Coordinator reports to the CX Manager which supports the full portfolio of brands at Luxury Brand Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to web sales and building and maintaining positive stakeholder sentiment across multiple brands. This person will be responsible for managing all web sales orders, web order projects, cross-communication, and engagement with stakeholders via multiple channels.

This individual should be a flexible problem solver, who can shift customer or web order challenges into positive outcomes. The ideal candidate should also be results driven, and able to track trends and provide insights into improving consumer sales processes. They will aid in planning and developing strategies to improve overall effectiveness and scalability to support our brands growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Direct to Consumer Sales Responsibilities

* Process, manage and oversee all web orders coming in for all brands.

* Manage customer payment process, including charging orders, credits and refunds.

* Manage communication with Marketing, Supply Chain, IT and Warehouse teams to solve issues while addressing any customer feedback.

* Solve customer challenges in a timely manner via various channels in a brand appropriate voice.

* The ability to juggle multiple customer conversations, follow up and communicate effectively within a hybrid team.

* Work alongside digital and marketing team to manage new product launches and new integrations in our digital infrastructure.

* Work creatively to manage individual projects of interest to enhance the consumer sales experience.

* Have a passion for beauty and be an expert in the field to provide superior recommendations and service.

Teamwork:

* Work with the Customer Experience team to manage high volume times, as well as strategically work through low volume times.

* Liaison effectively with multiple brands and multiple departments within those brands.

* Collaborate with other departments and team members to support company initiatives, events, and special projects.

* Support and follow Luxury Brand Partners sales policies and procedures.

* There are no supervisor responsibilities in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field of study.

* 1-2 years' work experience, with a preference for sales or communication focus.

* Proven sales and/or consulting ability with strong communication skills.

* Proven Project Management proficiency and able to take on project from start to finish whilst meeting stakeholders needs.

* Experience in a customer facing environment - perhaps through customer experience teams, or in related service positions.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

* Demonstrate proficiency in communication and engagement with stakeholders and team members to execute projects.

* Demonstrate strategic thinking skills and apply to budget allocation for new consumer sales projects.

* Digitally savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and CS platforms.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

* Lifting: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

* Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.

* Sitting: Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout workday.
