From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. $114,000 - $146,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

Qualifications:

• Show a track record of real estate success
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
