Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Dog Bather/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with dogs, has excellent customer service skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and welcoming manner

Schedule appointments and manage the grooming salon's calendar

Assist with bathing, drying, and brushing dogs of all sizes and breeds

Ensure the salon is clean and organized at all times

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance to clients

Maintain client records and update them as necessary

Assist groomers and other team members as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience working with dogs preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a passion for animals

Must be able to lift and carry dogs of various sizes

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
