Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position with regular office hours. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed - Coordinate meetings and events, including making reservations and preparing materials - Transcribe meeting minutes accurately - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software - Proofread documents for errors before distribution Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
