They handle some of the biggest DOT projects available, along with a diverse range of local projects involving municipalities, cities, and more. They have about 1800 employees and have fostered a close-knit atmosphere where everyone feels valued, and not like they're just a number. They're currently expanding their South Carolina transportation group in search for a Client Services Leader.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in new business development, maintaining existing clients, and serving as a key leader of their strategy team to promote growth throughout South Carolina and other regional markets. This includes all aspects of planning, design, and construction services. You'll be targeting growth with DOT, county, municipal, MPO, transit, and urban based clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE, PTOE, and/or AICP license in SC
• 12 years of experience in either traffic engineering, transportation planning, and/or highway/roadway design
• Experience with business development, proposal process, and client meetings
• Strong experience with SCDOT and other SC transportation agencies
