Responsibilities:

• Evaluate project specs and drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management.
• Obtain vendor/subcontractor quotes.
• Develop and present bid proposals.

Qualifications:

• 2 years in building automation.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
