Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders in client, architect, and contractor meetings.
• Review structural documentation and oversee junior staff.
• Conduct design calculations and prepare construction documents.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs.
• Perform site reviews and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary information for client-compliant deliverables.
• Mentor and supervise engineering team for growth and development.

What We Are Looking For: Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer license.
• Minimum 15 years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP, Revit).
• Project management experience essential.
• Expertise in structural design across various materials and systems.
