Position Overview:

As a Transportation Engineer with my TOP ENR client, you will play a key role in planning, designing, and managing transportation projects that cater to the needs of our growing community. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create innovative solutions for the region's transportation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct transportation studies and assessments to identify infrastructure needs.
• Design and develop transportation projects, including roads, bridges, and transit systems.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulations.
• Engage with local and state authorities for permitting and compliance.
• Conduct traffic analysis and modeling.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 5 years of transportation engineering experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
