Join a dynamic team representing a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary civil consulting firm where you will join a team of civil engineers and designers in the completion of a secured selection of private development projects across Phoenix (and nationally as needed). Working together with senior management and local leadership, project managers will be the face of a firm with national resources and the nimble leadership of a Phoenix-based firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Civil Site design for residential and/or commercial projects (depending on expertise)
• Coordinate and conduct engineering design activities
• Mentor and supervise EITs
• Collaborate with a talented team of designers
• Coordinate with external consultants as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona (or able to receive in 6 months)
• 5 years' experience in the design of residential or commercial sites (drainage, grading, roadway, utilities, pavement, plot plans, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of CAD software
