The HR Finance Analyst will report to and partner closely with the Senior C&B and HR Operations Manager to ensure the highest level of financial and reporting practices within LVMH Fashion Group (Celine, Givenchy, Pucci, Loewe, and Kenzo). This role will be responsible for conducting payroll budgeting, headcount reporting and variance analyses, as well as annual compensation reviews and internal equity assessments. This position will consult and collaborate with Finance, HRBPs and Payroll teams to meet the budget and compensation requirements of the business.

Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Variance Analyses

• Support Senior Manager C&B and HR Operations by assisting with all financial and data-related initiatives, including annual payroll budgeting (BU/R1/R2), monthly headcount reporting and variance analyses for all brands.
• Internal equity assessments, support to strategic plans and annual compensation reviews (ICR).
• Conducts special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses across a variety of areas, including incentive compensation, bonus plans and sales compensation.
• Respond to internal ad-hoc requests related to budgeting and compensation.
• Participate in annual market salary surveys for retail luxury and corporate markets.

Systems and Reporting

• Support HRIS data integrity and compliance by running audits and tracking changes across different platforms on a regular basis, as well as adjusting data as needed.
• Support all mandatory LVMH reporting to HQ, including, but not limited to: monthly headcount & FTE and annual reporting, processed and distributed OTIF.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data for external compensation surveys participation.
• Support HR teams in all aspects of reporting, analytics, and KPIs tracking.

Payroll

• Support Payroll Administrator acting a payroll support back-up.

Qualifications

• Advanced-level experience with MS Excel (financial modeling, vlookups, sumifs, pivot-tables, filters, et cetera), ensuring data accuracy and completeness of the information.
• Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
• Good understanding of Corporate Finance, including but not limited to: P&L, Balance Sheet, Accruals, Accounting Principles.
• Easiness to work mixing data from multiple sources to create models and perform proper analyses.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, ADP, et cetera.) is a plus.
• Able to work independently and to be proactive.

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000- $85,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
