Human Resources Manager - Pacific Northwest, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources of the West Coast & Pacific Northwest, you will be working in collaboration with our retail and corporate teams. This HR Manager position is key in achieving & exceeding business objectives through supporting & driving our employee life cycle for our NorCal, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii regions.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs in the HR area covering retail and corporate talent management (including acquisition, performance management & development), employee relations as well as related HR matters.
Another important mission is to understand business strategies, analyze business needs, make recommendations in strong partnership with Retail management team including store managers and develops and promotes HR initiatives to further the strategic goals of the business by partnering with the client.
While spending face to face time with Store Leaders and building trustworthy and collaborative working relationships, you will ensure all commercial opportunities are identified and capitalized on. The Regional Retail Director will be responsible for analyzing competitors, local environments, market trends and conditions while ensuring business strategies are developed to either maximize the opportunities or mitigate risks.
Profil HR Management - Provide quality service and results as it pertains to HR core functional knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and development
- Build alliances with Retail team and Stores and establish a valuable consultative role within the organization as subject matter experts
Talent Acquisition - Partner with Talent Acquisition team to source, identify and interview Management candidates to ensure a match for business needs and culture
- Guide and support retail management team on full- cycle recruitment for non-management roles
Employee Relations - Advise, implement, and interpret HR employment policies and procedures
- Provide personal counseling to employee to resolve employee relations issues
- Provide effective coaching, counseling and disciplinary strategies on all employee relations issues
Transversal HR process - Projects - Consolidate and implement HR process at the Country level in collaboration with the HRD (Training, Organization reviews etc.)
- Lead Ad Hoc HR projects depending on business and HR needs (Nationalization, Performance management, etc.)
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $135,000 - $145,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
