LX Hausys America, Inc. is Hiring a Builder Market Account Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Description

Position Summary: Responsible for the sales strategies, development and growth of the single family, new construction builder market nationally across the U.S.; Provides strategic sales direction, implements and drives programs through coordination with the Sales Directors and Territory Managers; Provides insight and guidance in the everyday maintenance of customer needs and relationship. 

Role Description: Responsible for achieving a predetermined sales target and goal on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; Interacts with those that report directly and all levels of the business to manage the sales opportunity and conflict to improve the necessary functions throughout the business and enhance new and existing sales opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

· Manage, supervise and oversees all aspects of the sales effort.

o Meet or exceed predetermined annual sales goal by territory, region and nationally.

o Partner with Sales Directors to oversee the activities, interactions and responsibilities of the territory managers related to the builder customer.

o Ensure Territory Managers coordinate with the fabricators and local builder divisions to drive and maintain sales through established program offerings.

o Increase revenue and market share.

o Manage profitability through proper pricing programs and rebate structures.

· Support the field personnel in their daily roles and activities.

o Provide guidance/ support to help achieve sales goal.

o Resolve questions and act as a liaison to internal departments and external customers.

o Resolve concerns and/or conflicts both internal and external.

o Discuss/determine and implement program and pricing strategies.

o Help manage inventory/demand, logistics and service related functions.

o Adherence of Corporate policy.

· Provide strategic direction in managing the customer relationship.

o Define and drive methods to enhance sales.

o Provide a means and plan to combat our competition.

o Create marketing tools to drive sales.

o Build ongoing relationships with key customers and accounts.

o Call on new and existing customers to build business.

· Develop opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

o Product Knowledge Seminars

· Develop and grow the skill set and business strength of the Territory Manager as related to the single family, new construction builder segment.

· Maintain an in depth knowledge of the business, markets, segments, customers, competition and any other circumstances that can impact the sales effort, both positively and negatively.

· Offer Technical advice when necessary.

· Research improvements, resources, and advancements for the various regions and nationally.

· Coordinate and conduct HR related trainings.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

Education and Work Experience:

· 5 years of experience representing building materials

· Must have proven track record selling to accounts with national or regional presence

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

· Working knowledge of the countertop surfacing industry.

· The ability to work and interact with all levels of the business.

· Problem solving skills.

· Innovative thinker.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands: 

· Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.

· Position requires 3-4 days per week travel.

· Position requires the ability to interact at all levels.
