We are looking for a Vendor Finance Lead to join our team. This role will be a key business partner to SCC teams. Along with supporting budgeting and forecasting, you will help own the weekly & monthly business review processes and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to uncover business insights and communicate learnings to finance and leadership.
As a Vendor Finance Lead, you have both the ability to operate at a minute level of detail and consider the big picture to drive strategic and investment recommendations. You have exceptional analytical capabilities and excel in data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual SCC Finance report by leveraging cross-functional partnerships within SCC and finance teams.
  • Serve as financial liaison between vendors and SCC teams, and collaborate closely with leadership to uncover key trends and advise on impacts into contractual agreements.
  • Cross-Functional point of contact between procurement, FP&A and SCC business partners.
  • Drive oversight and accountability within SCC on vendor spend through regular check-ins with business partners.
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of POs, payments, accruals, and invoices, including matching invoices to purchase orders and internal reports.
  • Evaluate supplier relationships in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Monitor vendor KPIs across the organization and manage the financial implications when targets are missed.
  • Coordinate approvals between SCC and BPOs to support headcount movements and overtime
  • Maintain dynamic, detailed records of BPO landscape and workforce, including accurate headcount, rates, and Overtime
Your Experience & Skills
  • Outsourcing partnership experience and knowledge of the outsourcing landscape.
  • Must have strong business savvy related to vendor contract terms.
  • Highly Proficient with Google Workplace and Excel.
  • Experience working with Oracle is highly preferred.
  • Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed in a non-structured environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Skilled in focusing on desired results, determining what is important, clarifying next steps, and prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills required; ability to resolve conflicts and communicate complex processes with ease.

Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #HybridThe expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $68,000 - $86,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
