Lyft is Hiring a Lyft Media Project Manager Near New York, NY

As a Project Manager on the Sales Ops team, you will be responsible for developing and driving programs that support Lyft Media as it scales. This role requires a strong operations and/or program management background, experience working in a matrixed environment, and strong stakeholder management. To do that, you’ll need to build strong relationships with your sales and product teams and even stronger relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Lyft Media and its ecosystem, possess a relentless curiosity and excel at converting ideas into action.
Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with key sales and products leaders, sellers and cross-functional technical stakeholders to assess business needs, and design and launch programs that solve core operational issues
  • Own roadmap for various internal sales and product adjacent projects, proactively communicating progress and blockers to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Accurately scope out new programs and assess prioritization against other organizational initiatives
  • Ensure on-time delivery of high quality projects and programs
  • Assess and manage stakeholder expectations and ensure key stakeholders and decision-makers are bought-in on key initiatives and milestones
  • Understand the key metrics and OKRs defining program success and ensure leadership is provided the right information to make data-driven decisions
  • Create scalable and standardized processes to support internal sales and product operations efforts
  • Uncover opportunities to improve processes and reduce risks and blockers by collecting and synthesizing feedback from sales and product leaders, sellers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years in Sales Strategy or Operations
  • Background in Digital Ad Sales
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in advanced spreadsheet applications
  • Experience working with sales operations tools, including IronClad and Salesforce, Salesforce certification a plus
  • Well versed in Google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Attention to detail, the ability to dive into the technical or legal weeds is a must.
  • Ability to prioritize / manage work and problem solve autonomously
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
