An emergency medicine group in the Portland, OR area is seeking an experienced PA or NP to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the emergency department under the supervision of attending physicians.
• Conduct patient assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform procedures commonly encountered in emergency medicine, including but not limited to suturing, splinting, and wound care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
