Our dermatology client in Trumbull/Westport, CT has an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant. Monday - Friday, no weekends. 3 days in Trumbull, 2 days in Westport.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy

​Qualifications:

• 1 years of dermatology MA experience preferred. Candidates without dermatology experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• $18-25/hour depending on experience
