Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a vital leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

1 year of supervisory experience in a SNF required!

Monday through Thursday (32 hours) with every 7th weekend on call from Friday at 3pm until Monday at 7am. Normal schedule is 11p-7a. $200 bonus. If you come in between Friday 3p to Mon 7a, you are also paid for the time.

Duties:

-Supervise all nursing personnel

-On 11-7 Supervisor may also take a unit.

-Initiate emergency procedures as necessary

-Administer medications and maintain accurate and safe control of drugs

-Be aware of residents on the alert list

-Report and document unusual or significant findings of residents; contact physician when necessary

-Document comprehensive and complete nurse's notes

-Review of patient records-maintain resident care plans

-Follow physician orders. Renders and/or assists with nursing care, treatments and other MD orders.
