Job DescriptionMemphis - Are you a Heavy Equipment Technician who doesn't need daily supervision? Our resident Technicians are dispatched daily to and from their homes. We need to hire several Experienced Heavy Equipment "Resident" Field Technicians to help service our large rental fleet. You will live at home and be dispatched to and from jobs from your home. We need someone who lives in Memphis, Jonesboro, Little Rock, or other cities near those.
Please note: Any wages posted for this job are estimated to be compensation for similar positions. While we don't share our actual pay ranges online, they are based on your current skills, knowledge, experience, and growth potential.Excellent Pay—We offer Top Tech pay for experienced techs. As our resident Equipment Field Technician, you will be supplied with a fully equipped field truck and dispatched on repair jobs to and from your residence.
We mainly have excavators and dozers on our sites.
Must be willing to travel.

Maintains all equipment in a good clean orderly condition and report all deficiencies to supervisors
Communicate throughout the day with information of equipment conditions and readiness

Must be on time and exhibit consistent attendance
Other Duties As Required
Must own and maintain required tools
Must possess a current driver's license /
Effective oral and written communication skills
Pass background - drug screen - Good driving record

- Duties & Responsibilities: Employee may be called upon to perform any or all of the following functions:
