What We're Looking For:
Design Visionary:  Your creative mind is a fountain of ideas, capable of transforming an empty canvas into a stunning haven, crafting a vision and successfully presenting it to clients.
Technical Expertise: You understand the practical aspects of landscaping, including plant selection, hardscaping, irrigation, and site analysis.
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate your ideas with colleagues and clients.
What You'll Do:
  • Create stunning landscape designs that align with our clients' vision and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other members of the Lynch team to bring your designs to life.
  • Prepare detailed plans, including plant lists, construction drawings, and cost estimates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative landscaping techniques.
Competencies: 
  • Expert in New England plant identification and care, coupled with a deep knowledge of hardscaping products tailored to the region's needs.
  • Strong grasp of construction materials and processes to drive projects to success.
  • Sales and customer service prowess that leaves a lasting impact.
  • Stellar communication and organizational skills, ensuring seamless project management.
  • Proficiency in CAD-based programs, with a preference for Dynascape Design, to bring your designs to life.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite is a plus, adding extra finesse to your work.
  • Mastery of various computer software programs, including estimating tools, with Dynascape Manage 360 knowledge as a bonus.
  • A math and computer whiz, coupled with expertise in MS Office products.
  • The ability to decipher blueprints and technical documents, translating them into comprehensive quantity and material price take-offs.
  • Thrive as a collaborative team player, working harmoniously with your colleagues.
  • Effectively communicate your work within a fast-paced environment, promoting excellence.
  • Dedication to upholding company policies with unwavering commitment.
  • Master the art of time management and prioritize tasks effectively, backed by a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibit impeccable organizational and interpersonal skills as a standard.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, promptly identifying any discrepancies.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture or a related field. Or a minimum of 3 years in a design/ sales role in the New England market.
  • Previous experience in landscape design with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Proficiency in design software with a preference for CAD, Dynascape Design, SketchUp & Lumion. And knowledge of local regulations.
