SUMMARY
The Regional Vice President position is a key leadership position for the Lynd platform that entails direct oversight of management operations and business development for their region. The position will be responsible for the P/L of the assigned Region. The job requires excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of communication, detailed analytical skills involving operating reports and rent rolls, market and sub-market data, and other financial information, along with assisting in the development of marketing strategies, property-level business plans, and physical property positioning.
