Our client, a well-known manufacturer of instrument transformers, is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative Post-sales (Contractor) to join their team in Clearwater, FL.

This role is crucial for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sales support for the Clearwater product lines.

The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Experience Leader. The primary responsibility will be managing post-sales customer service activities, including handling customer inquiries, processing necessary documentation, and supporting post-sales operations.

The Day-to-Day :

• Print invoices and packing slips, and distribute them to the relevant requesters.
• Initiate and manage credit workflows.
• Retrieve shipment tracking information and test data files, and distribute them as needed.
• Perform picking functions for warranty repair orders to be shipped.
• Create and distribute daily post-sales reports.
• Provide support to customers and the post-sales team on post-sales issues.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing customer service role.
• At least 3 years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite in an operational environment.
• Experience with Oracle Bravo or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and workflow forms.
• Ability to work independently and self-direct.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
