Our client, a chemical manufacturer in Runnemede, NJ is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

You will be providing accurate information to process any incoming calls for a customer placing an order in a call center atmosphere.

Monday to Friday paying $18.00 to $20.00 / hour.

Your day to Day :

• Update customer account details, including names, addresses, and delivery or shipping information.
• Collaborate with the credit / billing department to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers with UPS / FedEx shipping and tracking concerns, providing effective solutions.
• Handle customer returns and complaints, offering solutions and escalating to supervisors if needed.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, current promotions, and inventory updates.
• Record customer complaints about shipping issues and inform management.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Familiarity with UPS / FedEx systems. Strong computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information and adapt to unpredictable situations.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $19.00 - $21.00 / hour
