Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in San Leandro, CA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer assistance.

Responsibilities :

• Process Drivers Freight Release Documentation
• Handle cash, credit card, and business check transactions
• Perform data entry and manage the CMS system
• Conduct Freight Availability functions as time permits

Requirements :

• Previous experience in customer service (in-person, phone, or email)
• Strong desire and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Sense of urgency and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and accuracy
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay and Shift :

• Monday to Friday
• 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm
• $21.00 per hour
