• Human resources planning
• Job analysis and design
• Maintaining work culture
• Recruiting candidates
• Processing payroll
• Updating workplace policies
• Maintaining employee records
• Implementing performance appraisals

Skills :

• Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and techniques
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, including employee relations
• Ability to collect and analyze data to support HR initiatives
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred
