Our client, a leading food products wholesaler in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Complete and manage work orders for facility-related equipment.
• Conduct all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs and painting.
• Report any incidents of harassment to your Supervisor, Manager, or Human Resources Manager.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic electrical experience is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift / move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working on ladders, scissor lifts, scaffolding, and in high places.
• Safe handling of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermodynamic equipment.
• Ability to work in engine rooms with heat and noise.
• Strong understanding of and ability to follow directions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new methods and procedures.
