We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our clients team in in San Clemente, CA. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will facilitate seamless production, handling shipping / receiving tasks, managing inventory and operating equipment across departments.

Duties :

• Work on conveyor / assembly lines to ensure smooth production processes.
• Contribute to receiving and shipping operations.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Operate and oversee pieces of equipment in at least 2 different departments.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Experience :

• 6 months of experience working in a food manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a 38-degree environment, layers are permitted.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be open to working in variety of areas including conveyor / assembling lines, receiving, shipping, inventory, and other processed independently.
• Must be open to working overtime.
• Familiarity with common processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay and Shift :

• Monday - Saturday
• 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
