Our client, a large manufacturer located in Montclair, CA, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

You need to have at least 2 years of experience in outside sales to be a good fit for this position.

Responsibilities :

• Execute outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct door-to-door sales targeting contractors.
• Manage and develop the Southern California territory, including San Diego, San Luis Obispo (SLO), the High Desert, and Baker.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in outside sales.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clean DMV printout.
• Proficiency in HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay and Shift :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday
• Start time : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
• Pay : $20.00 per hour
