Our client is a leading facility in Leominster, MA, specializing in design and manufacturing. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our client's team.

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for obtaining specific samples from each run and visually inspecting for missed or incomplete operations, faulty finish, burrs, scratches, or specific defaults (molding machine inspections).

The Day-to-Day :

• Maintains necessary detailed records and files for all products and specifications.
• Uses and assembles specified devices such as gauges, scales, scopes, micrometers, spectrophotometers, ballistics testers, and any other devices assigned for testing.
• Maintains all Q.C. equipment as recommended.
• Performs tests to meet specific specs set by the Company, Customers, and Government Contractors.
• Prepares and analyzes SPC charts and performs other statistical tests using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinates with quality supervisor to maintain Pro-Gage calibration system.
• Detects and reports any irregular operations, questionable or defective parts, needed repairs, safety hazards, or special problems and corrects the problem at hand with lead people or the necessary personnel.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Quality Technician experience is a MUST

Pay and Shift :

• Monday to Friday
• 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM.
• $23.00 to $26.00 / hr
