Our client, a privately held, third-party logistics (3PL) company is looking to hire a Recruiter for their location in Middletown, PA. The ideal candidate will need at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Responsibilities include Developing and maintaining relationships with job candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and candidate flow.

The Day-to-Day:

• Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Create job postings, job descriptions, and job announcements in both English and [insert language].
• Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow and track candidate status.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement recruitment plans.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's culture, values, and business objectives to ensure that recruited candidates align with these goals.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., HR, Operations) to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $50 to $60k /per yr
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
