We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our client's team, a leading distribution service in Cranbury, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations and strong leadership skills to oversee daily activities effectively.

Duties :

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates responsible for outbound operations.
• Coordinate and manage order picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order picking and packing while adhering to quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain accuracy.
• Oversee the use of warehouse management systems to track order progress and manage orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues.
• Communicate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure understanding of processes and safety protocols.
• Handle escalations and resolve any issues that arise during outbound operations.

Skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
