We are seeking a motivated professional to join our close-knit, dedicated finance department at Lyon Aviation. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, based at our Pittsfield Airport office.
AccountingKey Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor bills using QuickBooks
- Prepare and distribute customer statements
- Reconcile daily and monthly aircraft fuel records
- Process fuel bills in Flight Operations Software (FOS)
- Assist with employee travel expense reporting
- Support the Senior Accounting Specialist with various tasks
- Serve as the face of our company, greeting airport customers
- Collaborate with line service team to facilitate customer fuel purchases
- Process front desk credit card transactions
- Handle receptionist duties, including phone communications
