Tuesday-Saturday Estimated Annual Salary Range: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 including bonus/commissionWhat You Will Do

• Greet clients and ensure they receive prompt service
• Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend additional needed service to clients.
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and service lines
• Ensure new and used car warranty repairs by approving adjustments within standard warranty periods
• Coordinate with the Service Manager, Shop Dispatcher or other service personnel and communicate with clients and technicians regarding repair work.
• Check on progress of repairs throughout the day. Contact clients regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and receive proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
• Ensure requested vehicle repairs and services are performed correctly upon completion by inspecting the vehicle prior to delivery back to client
• Establish ongoing consulting relationships with clients by being available during normal hours to answer questions, explain additional repairs needed and make subsequent service appointments

What You Need To Be Successful

• A knack for providing stellar customer service with a friendly attitude
• A strong work ethic and a track record of being dependable
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel
• Ability to communicate positively and professionally both verbally and written
• Ability to multi task in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Valid drvier's license and clean driving record
• Must be 18
• Service writing experience, luxury brand preferred
