Basic Function
The Contract Specialist US is part of the Legal function. The Contract Specialist US is responsible for managing the Procurement Legal Request platform for North America ("Procurement Box"), the associated Shared Mailbox and the Procurement Templates library, in strict coordination with the Senior Contract Manager NA based in Houston and in accordance with company policies.
S / he will assist with the review, negotiation, approval and execution of procurement contracts and s / he will act as the first point person for Procurement contracts requests in the region.
The Contract Specialist US works independently and is able to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels and can navigate a complex organization.
