Position Overview:

As a Land Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime raw land parcels for development projects. You will leverage your real estate market analysis expertise, negotiation skills, and strategic vision to source opportunities that align with our company's objectives and growth targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future landscape of communities while driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Site Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate raw land parcels suitable for residential, mixed-use, or multi-unit development, considering zoning regulations, environmental impact, and market demand.

Ø Due Diligence: Must be knowledgeable in collecting data for building new subdivisions from planning, development, etc.

Ø Ability to prepare valuations to determine the viable use of the land, provide comparables to determine if they fit our model, and interpret and present various visuals.

Ø Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with brokers, owners, and other stakeholders to secure land acquisitions.

Ø Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, and local jurisdictions to facilitate successful land transactions and mitigate potential challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

An Active Real Estate License is preferred.

Expert in raw land acquisitions with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact and work positively with our team of experts.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Smartsheets, Teams.

Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and persist in pursuing property daily.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to fruition.

Knowledge of land use regulations, zoning ordinances, and real estate laws.

Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
