We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with a future opportunity for an Assistant Account Executive to join our growing Corporate team!
What You'll Do :

• Account Management - Keep account teams organized by managing agendas, call notes, and client emails and requests, as needed, helping ensure efficient workflow and deadlines are met for client deliverables
• Media Relations - Monitor for media/stories relevant to clients to analyze, build and solidify valuable media relationships. This includes drafting pitches and press materials, developing comprehensive media lists, pitching target media, and securing impactful coverage
• Mentorship - Support and oversee junior Boothers, including Account Coordinators and Interns, as applicable

Reporting - Develop coverage reports and media recaps as needed, as well as support tracking KPIsTeam and Client Engagement - Actively participate in internal and client meetings, beginning to share a point of view and ideas for both improved team operations and client deliverablesInfluencer Relations - Assist with building influencer rosters and managing communications with influencers, including coordinating partnerships and ensuring deliverables are executed

Our Flexible Work Policy:
Location: Hybrid in the New York office
We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
