Responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate:
- Work with the Territory Sales Representatives to secure new clients and protect existing clients from competitors
- Empathize and deescalate consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
- Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants
- Utilize tools and resources given by the company to effectively educate consumers on the advantages provided by the client
- Greet and assist community members in the division/program
- Provide general assistance to the members of the division
- Represent the company and client in a professional and business manner
- 1 year of account management/customer service/sales experience
- Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
- Tech skills to include tablet navigation, spreadsheet, email, and internet usage
- Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must have strong oral communication skills
