Job Overview:
Our company is searching for a Computer Technician to join our team. This person must have a good understanding of Windows operating systems and can solve problems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to office personnel.
- Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance.
- Ensure that Internet security and AV software are updated and running properly.
- Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Repair computer hardware, servers, and printers as required.
- Occasional running and terminating wiring.
- Test and implement new software programs.
- Work with outside sales reps and trouble shoot issues over the phone using Team Viewer.
- Various other computer jobs.
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Products including O365, SQL, Listening, Customer Service, Flexibility, Problem Solving Skills, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, Verbal Communication, and Organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
