M&J Engineering, P.C. (M&J) is hiring Civil Engineers for design of roads, stormwater systems, and site improvement projects for our Connecticut Office . We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us and have 7-10 years of experience.

• Design of roadway/highways, stormwater and sanitary systems
• Utility system modeling
• Supervision, training and evaluation of junior staff
• Preparation of Design Proposals
• Other related duties

• 7 to 10 years of experience or interest in municipal road and drainage design and construction. Waterfront improvement/coastal engineering projects experience is a plus.
• EIT or PE is a plus
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or similar degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be well versed in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Utility Modeling Software
